Like all the products in the Smeralda line, the new 26 cm non-stick pizza pan / pie dish is made entirely in Italy. Coated with the new ECOSHIELD coating, free from Teflon, PFOA and Nickel, it is scratch resistant and allows cooking at very high temperatures without the use of baking paper.
Excellent for pizzas and pies, it allows you to achieve a crunchy outer crust and a soft inner texture for superb results!
