Cristina is back in the kitchen, and as always, is thrilled to share with you some of her favorite dishes to prepare. Nothing difficult – “Quick and easy” it’s her mantra.
This time she will share with you her absolute favorite main dish: Porcini Mushrooms Risotto with real Porcini Mushrooms imported from Italy!
… but that is not all! She will also show you how to impress your guests with some delicious sweet and savory croissants for appetizer and dessert!

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
