Healthy Meal Planning Let’s Cook Together

** $149 is per person. If you would like to make additional portions for your family the cost is $25/extra portion.  You will be cooking the extra portion, this cost is not for an additional person to attend.**

Let’s make food prep day extra fun at do it in our Kitchen instead of yours! Let Healthy Italia do all the food shopping for you so all that you need is to bring yourself!  You don’t even need to bring containers, we will provide them for you.

Take the stress out of your week and be prepared by creating  6 different healthy Italian meals for the week with us .… and a dessert, of course!

Cook for just yourself or your entire family. One of our Instructors with guide you through each dish and teach you new and exciting ways to prepare easy Italian style meals that you can replicate at home.

The cooking isn’t even the best part, share a delicious homemade meal with the class and get to know the people who are cooking with you!

You will prepare:

  • Gluten free gnocchi alla sorrentina
  • Roasted vegetables with balsamic vinaigrette
  • Grilled chicken and zucchini with fresh herbs
  • Roasted salmon with HI pistachio pesto and asparagus
  • Pork medallions with mushrooms and red wine sauce
  • Vegetable frittata
  • Hazelnut honey rice pudding

*We provide containers.

The menu contains gluten, meat, fish, nuts and dairy.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
