Let’s make food prep day extra fun at do it in our Kitchen instead of yours! Let Healthy Italia do all the food shopping for you so all that you need is to bring yourself!  You don’t even need to bring containers, we will provide them for you.

Take the stress out of your week and be prepared by creating  6 different healthy Italian meals for the week with us .… and a dessert, of course!

Cook for just yourself or your entire family. One of our Instructors with guide you through each dish and teach you new and exciting ways to prepare easy Italian style meals that you can replicate at home.

The cooking isn’t even the best part, share a delicious homemade meal with the class and get to know the people who are cooking with you!

If you would like to make additional portions for your family the cost is $25/extra portion.  You will be cooking the extra portion, this cost is not for an additional person to attend.

Description

You will prepare:

  • Minestrone – Vegetable Soup
  • Baked Chicken Cutlets with Roasted Vegetable
  • Grilled Salmon with Bell Peppers
  • Pearl Barley Salad with Sauteed Vegetables
  • Vegeta-balls with tomato sauce
  • Fennel and Orange salad with Lemon honey Vinaigrette

For lunch: chicken scaloppine with lemon sauce and roasted vegetables

 *We provide containers.

The menu contains gluten, eggs, meat, fish, dairy and nuts.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
