Let’s make food prep day extra fun and take it to the Kitchen together!
Walk just a few steps from The Max to Healthy Italia’s Kitchen and create 6 different compliant meals for the week…and of course a dessert.
Cook for just yourself or your entire family.
Keep your kitchen clean and mess up Healthy Italia’s instead. Let Healthy Italia do all the food shopping for us so all that we need to bring is ourselves.
How much more stress free can a food prep day get….They will provide meal containers!!*
One of Healthy Italia’s cooking instructors will guide us through each dish, keeping all ingredients compliant and teaching us new and exciting ways to prepare Italian style meals for the week.
We will also get to share a compliant family meal together.

Description

You will prepare:

  • Quinoa Salad with vegetables – hands on
  • Grilled chicken with fresh herbs and tomato Bruschetta – hands on
  • Grilled shrimp and calamari kabobs with basil pesto  and roasted vegetables – hands on
  • Pork medallions with asparagus cream (there is no cream used) – hands on
  • Stew meat with mushrooms – hands on
  • Vegetable soup – hands on
  • Roasted fruit with nuts and fresh herbs – hands on

You will enjoy a compliant lunch prepared by your instructor.

*We provide containers.

The menu contains gluten, eggs, meat, fish, dairy and nuts.
