Melissa Clark is a charcuterie professional – her boards are pieces of art and she is ready to teach you some of her secrets. This is a perfect time to learn with the upcoming holiday season right around the corner.

You will be given a full demo on how Melissa creates the board, showing you some very simple tricks and techniques. She will then come around and help you as you practice on your own board that you will get to take home with you to share with your family and friends – or just save it for yourself 🙂
