Pasta Workshop

You will create several authentic Italian dishes from scratch in our workshops that teach you the techniques necessary to make these delicious meals. When done, guests sit together to socialize and enjoy their dinners. Buon appetito!

You will enjoy:

  • Antipasto misto
  • Swordfish and eggplant lasagna – hands on
  • Homemade tagliolini with zucchini, lemon and pistachio sauce – hands on
  • Fresh spinach tagliatelle to take home – hands on

    The menu contains gluten, eggs, fish, meat, dairy and nuts

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
