You will create several authentic Italian dishes from scratch in our workshops that teach you the techniques necessary to make these delicious meals. When done, guests sit together to socialize and enjoy their dinners. Buon appetito!

Description

You will enjoy:

  • Antipasto misto
  • Fresh shrimp and ricotta fagottini  (Italian dumpling) with tomato sauce – hands on
  • Homemade cavatelli with broccoli sauce – hands on
  • Salmon and pesto lasagna to take home – hands on
The menu contains gluten, eggs, dairy, meat and nuts

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
