Kathy, is an Italian chef, who worked in her parent’s hotel in Valverde of Cesenatico, as their head chef for 10 years. She moved to America in September 2016 and started her own business of Catering Service, Private Chef Service and Cooking Lessons.
Her speciality is the handmade pasta such as lasagne, cannelloni (manicotti), ravioli, cappelletti (like tortellini), piadina and cassoni .
Kathy’s mission is similar to Healthy Italia’s – bringing the taste of Italy to the United States.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
