Join instructor,  Sajal Hamilton in the kitchen preparing some of her favorite Italian cuisine.

In class you will focus on knife skills with chopping, dicing and mincing along with the use of fresh herbs as an ingredient to flavor dishes

Sajal is the culinary director and events coordinator at Bloomingdales, Short Hills.

Once restaurant owner, Sajal is no stranger to the kitchen.

You will enjoy her upbeat personality and her love for all things of food and wine in the kitchen!

The menu contains gluten, meat, eggs and dairy.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
