Workshop Pasta

You will create several authentic Italian dishes from scratch in our workshops that teach you the techniques necessary to make these delicious meals. When done, guests sit together to socialize and enjoy their dinners. Buon appetito!

You will enjoy:

  • Antipasto misto
  • Homemade pea and ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce (HANDS ON)
  • Homemade pappardelle with mushrooms sauce (HANDS ON)
  • Homemade orecchiette to take home (HANDS ON)

The menu contains gluten, eggs, dairy and meat.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
