Workshop Pasta

You will create several authentic Italian dishes from scratch in our workshops that teach you the techniques necessary to make these delicious meals. When done, guests sit together to socialize and enjoy their dinners. Buon appetito!

You will enjoy:

  • Antipasto misto
  • Red wine orecchiette with onion and ricotta salata (HANDS ON)
  • Maltagliati with sausage ragu (HANDS ON)
  • Shrimp, mushroom and truffle lasagna to take home (HANDS ON)

The menu contains gluten, eggs, fish, meat and dairy.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
