This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is aged for more of three years in oak barrels. The wood seasoning process gives greater harmony between the bitter and sweet and gives the opportunity to use it on the finest dishes.
Particularly suitable to accompany the meat in general: grilled, boiled, cold. Excellent on cooked vegetables, omelettes, risotto with Parmesan cheese.
