Welcome in Healthy Italia Kitchen! What to expect during our cooking classes? First and foremost we will have a lot of fun cooking together! You will have the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional Italian dishes, exploring the typical cuisine of the different regions of Italy. Making your own dishes from scratch guided by our Italian cooking instructor., you will become a confident Italian Cook! And at the end of the class you also get to sit down at your own table and enjoy the delicious dishes you prepared. What are you waiting for? Grub a glass of wine and let's get it started!

- Piadina (Flat Bread) stuffed with Arugula, Prosciutto Crudo and Stracchino Soft Cheese - Hands-on
- Mantovane (Italian Rolls) - Hands-on
- Focaccia with Oregano and Rosemary (you'll make the dough to take home together with the baking instructions)
The menu can contain gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy. Please let us know of any allergy leaving a note in your booking. All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night. Guests also are welcome to bring their own wine and beer. Thank you for understanding that we cannot accommodate menu substitutions in our classes.

Masks are required to enter the facility and for the entirety of the cooking class.
A temperature check is required upon entering the cooking school.
In case of a cooking school shutdown, due to COVID 19 regulations, you will receive store credit to use towards a future cooking class or store products. No refunds will be available.
