Fresh vegetables, natural spices and extra virgin olive oil are the basic ingredients of these delicacies, indispensable for preparing delicious appetizers, spread on canapés and sandwiches, they are also used to flavor pasta, rice, meat and fish dishes.
Product: Olive cream with extra virgin olive oil
Processing method: Artisanal, with the use of olives of the "Peranzana" variety selected and processed in brine by the company.
Processing phases: The olives are desalted, carefully washed and pitted. Dressed with extra-virgin olive oil and spices, vacuum-packed for a few minutes so that the product does not oxidize. The cream obtained is poured into an automatic dosing machine and pasteurized in a steam autoclave.
Ingredients: Olives, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, garlic, fennel seeds.
Use: Ideal for filling croutons and sandwiches. Exquisite with-
ment for pasta dishes.
