Bossini bakery was born as a family activity and with decades of experience still prepares its Taralli and Breadsticks by hand and pays particular attention to the choice of raw material.

The dough of the breadsticks is made of wheat flour , water, yeast and left to rest for at least 10 hours. Once baked in ovens, the breadsticks are immediately packed in order to preserve their full taste.
They arrive on our tables as a real delight, fragrant and crispy.

Our Breadsticks are Palm oil free.
Both our taralli and breadsticks are a valid substitute of bread, but not only, they are also great for your snacks, aperitif or to accompany your starters of cheese, cold cuts and much more. They are available in many flavors.

All Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted. If guest prefer to wear a mask, it will be at their discretion.
