There is a place in Sicily , Belice Valley, famous for the olive cultivars “Nocellara del Belice”. Round olives, rich in pulp and very tasty. Green olives with lactic fermentation during storage in special tanks, acquire a taste and an unparalleled aroma. Their light green color is typical of these olives.

Use: In the kitchen you can use the olives in many ways, from simple snacks like fried olives or appetizer; a tasty cream as in the case of crostini with pate of green olives or seasoning sauces for pasta to the filling of pies as in pie olives and tomatoes or accompanied with delicious fish or even the cod, and each recipe, with their presence, give a special flavor to the palate .
