About this experience

Risotto it’s best when eaten sill hot right out from the pot. But there are other ways to enjoy it even as a leftover and making rice-balls is one of them. During this class you will learn to prepare an authentic “Risotto alla Milanese” and then we will use part of the leftover risotto to prepare “Arancini”.

You will prepare:

- Risotto with Saffron and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- Arancini (Rice Balls) with Bolognese Sauce, Peas and Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients needed*:
- 0.25 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Tomato Pure
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1 Potato
- 1/2 cup Sweet Peas
- 1/2 cup Vialone Nano Rice (you can purchase it in our store or on our website. Carnaroli or Arborio Rice are fine too)
- Saffron Powder
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 0.25 lb Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 All Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- Vegetable Oil to fry
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
