... and now...
Welcome to our cooking class where you'll have a fantastic culinary experience! In this class, you'll be able to prepare a traditional Sicilian dish called "Cavatelli Alla Norma" from scratch with the guidance of our expert instructor, Cristina Bossini, the owner of Healthy Italia. You'll get hands-on experience making the pasta dough, rolling it out into the signature thick noodles, and simmering them to perfection in the savory garlic and tomato sauce.
Not only will you learn how to make this delicious dish, but you'll also get to enjoy a six-course meal that features other delectable dishes that will take your taste buds on a journey through Sicily. And that's not all - each course will be perfectly paired with a wine selected by our sommelier, Sandra, to enhance your gastronomic experience.
The class is designed to be a fun and interactive experience, suitable for all skill levels. You'll leave the class feeling confident in your newfound cooking abilities and inspired to experiment with Tuscan flavors in your own kitchen.
Here is the menu of this class:
- Arancini with bolognese filling
- Eggplant caponata
- Fennel & orange salad
- Cavatelli alla Norma (both pasta and sauce is hands-on)
- Salmon with pistachio pesto sauce
The menu contains gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy.
Please let us know of any allergies in the notes section when booking.
