Bossini bakery was born as a family activity and with decades of experience still prepares its Taralli and Breadsticks by hand and pays particular attention to the choice of raw material.

For raw materials, especially the flour, extra viring olive oil and wine, we favor the excellent Apulian production.The peculiarity of boiled Taralli is in their particular crispness. It ‘s a wholly Apulian recipe and the Taralli are still made by our grandmothers in the countryside in wood ovens.
Both our taralli and breadsticks are a valid substitute of bread, but not only, they are also great for your snacks, aperitif or to accompany your starters of cheese, cold cuts and much more. They are available in many flavors. The cocoa Taralli are unique.
