IN-STORE PURCHASES
All in-store books and kitchenware, are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact our team at 973-966-5200 or email at info@healthy-italia.com

ONLINE PURCHASES
No return or exchange on food products.

CLASSES PAYMENT, REFUND, & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. No refunds are offered on classes and events.
In case you are unable to attend we require 10 days notice to receive a credit in form of a coupon for one of our future class, or you are always more than welcome to transfer your seat to someone else

SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Healthy Italia only ships within the contiguous United States. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PRODUCTS AND GIFT BASKETS
Orders placed on in-stock items before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship that day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

All shipping charges listed below are based on FedEx Ground orders and will arrive within 2-7 business days (Saturdays and Sundays not included).

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
