Originally from the city of Torino, in Northern Italy, Laura was raised in a family of veteran resterateurs.
Since childhood, her Sundays were spent in her family’s restaurant, among the aroma of agnolotti al ragù and other specialties from the Piemonte region.
It was in this setting that she learned the secret ingredient that renders Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la famiglia! She believes that some of the most lasting moments in life are spent at the dinner table, and shared with a glass of wine!
Her motto? “I cook eveything by eye: tutto ad occhio!”
