The new non-stick round cake pan, 30cm in diameter and about 6cm high, is ideal for the preparation of both sweet and savory delicacies for around 8 to 10 people. Parchment paper is no longer necessary thanks to the ECOSHIELD non-stick coating without Teflon, PFOA , PFAS and nickel, allowing uniform cooking and easy cleaning.
Although it is extremely resistant to scratches, we nonetheless recommend the use of nylon or wood accessories when using the pan.
