Use and maintenance

The Santoku knife was created and is mainly used according to the style of oriental cuisine, but it has also been very successful for western cuisine.

Having a slightly tilting cutting edge, it allows you to cut and chop various types of vegetables. The honeycomb blade creates an air cushion between the food and the steel part, helping to penetrate the food and further facilitating detachment from it.

We recommend the use of each item exclusively for the purposes for which it was built. Use for other purposes and other types of work can seriously damage the product.
